Cost outlook
Pairing commodity market costs and forecasts with supplier costs to project cost of goods a year out, so decisions rest on where prices are heading, not only where they have been.
Net impact and landed cost
Weighing the net impact of sourcing decisions on total store landed cost, with FOB, freight and distribution analyzed together, and RFP scenario planning to compare bid options side by side.
Automation and tooling
Built an As-Truckload calculator, replaced manual reporting with automated reports, and automated supplier compliance notices, created templates for pricing and contract data updates.
